BOOKING NOTE: The Names Mentioned only indicate that our rates are based only on these Hotels mentioned there And Are Subject to Change in rates by Hotels, Do not consider this as confirmation, since none of the hotels have been booked, Above Hotels Are Subject to Availability, Hotels will be booked only once we receive your Payment/confirmation. If at the time of operation the hotels are not available or sold out, in that case we will book similar or the next best alternate available. In accordance we will advise you the supplements or rebates if any. Vehicle is available as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned in the package inclusions Charges applicable on any extra kilometers or hours can be paid directly to the transport vendor.
SIGHTSEEING NOTE : Please be informed that commercial & private vehicle are not allowed to do entire movement (sightseeing coverage of internal areas) in Sonamarg, Gulmarg & Pahalgam due to local union restriction at these particular places. Therefore, local vehicle can be booked by us or directly on spot for internal mentioned places. Chained Vehicle from Tangmarg to Gulmarg to be booked directly on spot in case of heavy snow. Please Read other information column for rate idea at particular places.
TRAVEL NOTE: Travelers coming/Going by Road via Jammu – Srinagar National highway. Keep this noted that sometime due to bad weather, Traffic rules, Govt Orders The road gets closed due to landslides or we have One Way traffic due to traffic rules, Govt orders. Travelers coming on these days have to understand the situation & Adjust in the given alternate accommodations at perspective places. Whole tour plan can be shuffled due to road closer but we will try to make most of the tour to be completed as per itinerary. We would request all travelers to support us during these periods as these things are out of our hands. This is to just clarify and to be safe on our sides too. Wishing you a happy & memorable tour.

· Transportation as per itinerary only.
· Transportation will only serve those locations where the local cab union is allowed to visit else the client has to bear the cost of the additional cab cost on a direct payment basis.
· The itinerary mentioned is only a reference for the tourist attraction covered at a particular destination. The actual sightseeing may vary at per the current scenario of the destination depending on weather, traffic, etc.
· The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost.
· The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
· Check-in and Check-out time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.
· In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the kitchen operational timings of concerned Hotel.
· A/C of the vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Areas.
· The hotel does not allow to check in with any pet.
· In case of any irreverent activities in the destination, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
· In case of any irreverent activities on roads and anywhere in the above-mentioned travel plan, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
· In the case of transporters strike cab will not go anywhere. The agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
· In any case of heavy snowfall or any Land Slide or any natural calamity roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and the agency is not responsible for any lost.
· Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned the hotel’s cancellation policy and the agency cancellation policy
· The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling or any mishap any road accident during the tour.
· The package once purchased cannot be rescheduled or Changed under any circumstances.
· The agency is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of a mechanical fault, any electrical fault or tire bust or any other problem in the vehicle during the tour ( In this case no refund will be given)
· Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Ropeway etc Games is not included
· Clearance of full package payment is mandatory before 2nd day of the trip start, else agent is liable to hold the service or to take any legal action.
· If full package payments not done within the given time frame your booking will stand canceled
· The agency is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.
· All the meals mentioned in the itinerary would be provided in the specified hotel only where you are going to stay during the tour.
· Travel/Medical insurance not included.
· Fees / Charges related to any tourist permit is not included apart from the charges mentioned in the inclusion service.
· A personal medical kit is not included
· Expenses for personal nature are not included
· Emergency evacuation cost is not included
· Please Note:- Disputes if any, arising out of or in connection with (Terms and conditions, Stay, Food, Travel plan, inclusions, Cancellation policy, Bookings in hotel, bookings of cab, Any personal loss or mishap during tour, Any road accident during the tour, regarding permits, inner line permit for Leh and any entry restricted by government for some specific days or months to national parks any state or borders or places closed due to some irrelated activities,
· Regarding payments & refunds, any loss due to nature/weather conditions, above package offered by the agency o any personal loss) or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in the agency registered jurisdiction only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
· Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.
· Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered. All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.
· Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.) Any service unused is non-refundable.
· Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to pay the differences.
· Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
· Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
· In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
· For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
A membership fee of 25% of your complete package is applicable which is non-refundable. In case, if you can’t take a holiday in a year then you can carry forward it to the next year by paying 10% of the total package. If you cancel a confirmed holiday before 45 days in advance from the check-in date than 25% of your membership amount will be fortified. If you cancel in less than 45 days there will be no refund but you can carry forward that amount towards your next holiday. If you are unable to take the holiday as and when confirmed then that holiday package either stands cancelled as per situation or can be postponed for another time. But it entirely depends on circumstances at that time. In case you are unable to utilize your holiday you can gift it to a friend/acquaintance.
Membership Benefit Conditions: You can avail membership benefits up till your Membership term which will be decided as per your requirements and it will automatically expire thereafter. Benefits will be valid seven days a week, excluding Blackout dates this cannot be clubbed with any other discount or promotional offer.
Black-Out Dates: All benefits will not be valid on the following dates Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Valentine’s Day. In case, if you would like to travel during blackout dates then 40% extra will be charged of your total package.
This membership is transferable to immediate family members and it can also be utilized by member’s guest by producing a valid ID proof at the time of check-in, it is not mandatory for the member to be present at the time of check-in.
Modifications: Bonafide Holidays has the right to modify/change any term and conditions without prior notice, but you will be notified by us via call, message and email.
Complimentary Upgrade: In case, during your desired booking dates the required room is booked we will upgrade your room as per availability.
Check-in/Check-out: We will provide early check-in and early check-out for our privileged customers.
Travel Insurance: We provide Travel Insurance on International Tour Packages only, we have a tie up with Asego and we will make sure that your family is insured during your travel.
Bonafide Holidays will not be responsible for any service related issues during force majeure i.e natural calamities, during curfew, strikes and acts of terrorists or any situation which is beyond the control of Bonafide Holidays
Payment Policy: Primarily, 100% payment is required for membership, however if the client cannot pay then 25% payment on the same day of the confirmation and rest within one month.
Note: If the payment is not received within one month then the amount will be fortified as cancellation.
Meal Plan: We are offering EB, CP, MAP and Half Board meal plans in almost all the destinations, kindly check with the sales executive before confirming your holiday. In few destinations meal plans are not applicable and you will have to purchase your own meal.
